2. This mall can deliver by itself or choose any other third party for delivery. In principle, the delivery fee is borne by this mall; if the delivery fee in some areas needs to be settled separately, it will be explained when the user places an order.
3. In principle, the consignee should be the user himself; if the user fills in another person as the consignee, the user should still bear and perform all responsibilities and obligations stipulated in these terms and orders. This mall will deliver the goods according to the delivery address, consignee’s name and phone number stated on the order. If the consignee requests to change the receiving address during the delivery process, this mall will be deemed to have obtained the user’s consent.
4. In principle, the consignee should sign for the goods in person. If the consignee entrusts or arranges for others to sign for the goods, the user should still assume and perform all responsibilities and obligations stipulated in these terms and orders. If the delivery location is in an office area, the front desk staff will sign for it and consider it as the user’s signature. When signing for delivery of large orders, the mall has the right to require the consignee to present valid identification. At the same time, the user also understands and agrees that if the consignee is unable to be present to sign for the product in person, the carrier may deliver the goods to a third party authorized by the user/consignee or When goods are delivered at the collection point, the above methods are also deemed to have delivered the goods to the user.If the user or consignee or user unit fails to sign for the goods in time, all responsibilities (including but not limited to damage, shortage, loss, storage and other costs of the goods) shall be borne by the user.
5. After signing for the goods, the risk of damage or loss of the goods is transferred to the user.
6. When receiving the goods, the user should check whether the product packaging is damaged on the spot. If the goods show signs of damage, the user may not sign for the goods and inform the carrier on the spot of the reason for refusing to sign for the goods, and contact the mall as soon as possible.7. Where feasible, this mall will try to deliver all products of the same order to the user at the same time. However, due to warehousing arrangements and manufacturing reasons, this mall may also deliver goods in batches; users will not be charged any additional delivery fees.
8. The specific delivery time is subject to the display on the user’s ordering interface. The delivery time is subject to the delivery time of the carrier cooperated by this mall. In the event of force majeure, the mall reserves the right to delay the delivery time.
9. If a user repeatedly refuses to accept goods without justifiable reasons or repeatedly fails to fulfill payment obligations as agreed, the mall has the right to cancel the user’s future orders. If the situation is serious, this mall has the right to take measures such as freezing, closing accounts, permanently banning registration, etc., and reserves the right to pursue compensation liability.10. If the mall fails to deliver goods to the user within the agreed time, the user can contact the customer service of the mall to urge delivery. The mall shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or claim of any nature and howsoever caused, regardless of how the shipment or delivery delay is caused.
